Marketing Specialist uses data and analytics to optimize marketing
efforts. Must be able to manage multiple projects and have an eye
for detail, as well as an ability to see the big picture. Creates
and manages online advertising campaigns on Google search and
displays ads and paid social media. Manage business listings on
Google My Business. Audit web pages including metadata and suggest
changes to improve SEO, user experience, and conversion rates.
Manages social media scheduling, email marketing scheduling and
analyzing report data. Competitor research and report on key
findings. Compile performance reports for various initiatives
involving SEO, SEM, social, email, outreach, etc. Assist the
Marketing & Communications team with projects as needed.Job
Requirementsa. Minimum Education Requirement :
Bachelors degree in applicable field required.
b. Minimum Experience Requirement :
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing including SEO/SEM,
paid search, display ads, pay per click, email marketing, and
social media advertising campaigns.
Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube advertising.
Proficient in Google Analytics. Google Analytics certification
preferred.
Experience working in the health care industry preferred.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Passion for keeping current with latest trends and best practices
in online marketing and metrics. Be willing to learn new software
and techniques as needed. Excellent customer service skills
required.
