Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Talent Operations Manager to lead
the full lifecycle of recruiting with a focus on process excellence
and systems optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a top-tier
candidate experience
Optimize and manage the ATS, ensuring accurate tracking and
usability
Analyze hiring data and deliver strategic insights to finance and
leadership
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a
B2B SaaS or tech company
Experience in recruitment operations, including ATS management and
process design
Proven track record of filling high-growth technical and GTM
roles
Deep data expertise in analyzing funnel performance and identifying
process gaps
Experience leading interview training or DEI hiring initiatives
