About You and this Role
The Accounts Rep will report to the Senior Accounts Generalist in Diamond Bar, CA and work with the team to accomplish interdepartmental goals and quotas. The ideal candidate should be extremely organized and have experience in the same position. Key Objectives

• 
  
• Record all General Ledger, AR and AP entries in the accounting system and ensure an accurate and timely monthly and year end close.
  
• Ensure the monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliation activities (Bank, AR, AP) are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
  
• Fact-checking invoices for payment and processing
  
• Controlling credit and chasing debt.
  
• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
  
• Process reimbursement forms
  
• Participate in annual audits
  
• Knowledge of monthly taxes (111, 303, 349)
  
• Collaborates with the other finance department personnel to support overall department goals and objectives
  
• Generation and sending of invoices to customers, collection of overdue balances and processing of employee reimbursements
  
• Experience in foreign currencies
  
  Required Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business with an emphasis in Accounting, or a related field preferred
    
  • Accounting/bookkeeping experience
    
  • Organization skills
    
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
    
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail
    
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    
  • Fluency in English
    
  • Ability to multitask
    
    Preferred Qualifications
    
    • 
      
    • Familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
      
    • Experience with MS Dynamics NAV is a plus
