Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARYTheFinance Analyst is responsible for providingbusiness and financial reports of a Business Unit (SBU), essential to the monitoringand achievement of the company's overall business goals. S/he is the custodian of the company's short to long-termtarget and budget financials. S/he providessupport in the financial evaluation of existing and potential assets, products,campaigns, cost components, and other initiatives. The Finance Analyst also manages the key costdrivers across the business units (from Store Operations to Manufacturing andSupply Chain), as well as supports inventory management. The Finance Analyst coordinates and submits financialreports to the General & District Managers, President and Head Office(Manila) Finance and Corporate Planning Groups, adhering to the organization's standardsand ensuring compliance to all company, government, and legal requirements.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSSPECIFIC KEY RESULT AREA (KRA)Data& Reports Generation

  • Coordinate with SBU Leadership teammembers (GMs/DMs/SBU head) to understand their business needs and processes, leadand support the team in providing financial reports and analyses.
  • Support the team in improving (automation,logic, and long-term use) existing financial tools / templates / reports forefficiency and deeper insights enabling more informed decision making.
  • Contributein data migration / mapping process for future system solutions coming from legacyplatforms.
  • Provideperiodic forecasts as well as the 5-year financial plan for the SBU. Assess financialstrategies to achieve long-term sustainable growth.
  • Provideguidance and support to store, manufacturing (of applicable), and supportcenter departments in analyzing weekly / monthly / quarterly financials (Ledgersand P&Ls).
  • Do Ad-hoc analysis and reporting (e.g., channel mix analysis, productmix analysis, etc.)
  • Recommendopportunities/strategies for profit maximization and profit sustainability tothe SBU. BudgetLead & Custodian
  • Actas custodian and lead the facilitation of company financial budgets
  • Supportteam members in the development and finalization of financial short- and long-term financial goals
  • Monitorbudget and target performance, and realign business to stay on track of financialplans
  • Makerecommendations to business heads in achieving set goals.CostManagement & Strategies
    • Updatecosts for both Store/Restaurant and Manufacturing businesses to ensure accurateand timely reflection of margins and profitability
    • Forecastcosts based on business dynamics and market/industry trends or developments
    • Determinecosts and margins across the different business units/brands, across multiple pricingor costPeopleManagement & DevelopmentAchieve Management Team Effectiveness through:
